Author Gerlinde Schuller is creating a book about the history of Social Green. From her neighborhood in Amsterdam-West, Geuzenhof, she connects local stories with global developments. As a data journalist and information designer, she conducted the research and designed the book entirely herself. In her project, she introduces the term ‘Social Green’: actively contributing to a society in which humans, animals, and nature flourish together on an equal footing. In times of housing and environmental crises, this attitude is more relevant than ever.
