At the end of June, nai010’s publishing house was transformed into a podcast studio for a day and now we proudly present the result: the podcast series of Architecture in the Netherlands 2023/2024.
The yearbook in detail
As a contemporary publishing house, nai010 publishers no longer focuses only on producing and publishing a physical book, but also on digitisation and public programming. Ever since the yearbook existed, there has been an ambition to keep the conversation about the state of Dutch architecture even after its launch.
That is why this year the publisher joined forces with Landmassa.. In their podcast, Ariadne Onclin and Michelle Gulickx discuss their shared interest in the built environment in all its facets with a curious, critical eye.
In three specials of Landmass, we discuss striking project details from this yearbook’s selection. Podcast makers Ariadne Onclin and Michelle Gulickx joined the editors in a conversation with Oana Rades (Shift Architecture Urbanism) about the bedstead of Domus, with Dikkie Scipio (KAAN Architects) about the glass lift of Paleis het Loo and with Kees de Haan (J.O.N.G. Architects) and Henk Kroes about the cloister corridor of the head-neck monastery Nijklaester.
