Almere Architecture City: discover Almere’s best buildings on Open Monumentendag

On Saturday 14 September 2024, we will celebrate the pre-publication of the book Almere Architecture City with a festive handover and extensive programme through the city’s best monumental buildings.

Authors Odette Breijinck and Ans van Berkum will hand over the first copy of the book to Kees Ahles, alderman for art and culture. This will be followed by a varied and extensive programme throughout the city. In De Voetnoet, Almere architect Maro Lange talks about his future plans for the municipality. Liesbeth van de Pol elaborates on design, children and playing in Buurthuis de Buitenkans.
