Cooperative Conditions, with Marieke Kums (Keilecollectief)

Anne Kockelkorn (ETH Zurich/University of Ghent) presents the research and book Cooperative Conditions on the conditions and principles of success of housing cooperatives in Zurich. After her presentation in English, she will enter into a dialogue with, among others, Rotterdam architect and author Marieke Kums (The Architecture of Housing Co-ops), Arie Lengkeek (Operatie Wooncoöperatie) and Guus Speelberg (Crowdbuilding.nl/Crowdcafé) about what is so unique about housing cooperatives in Switzerland and Germany and what we can learn from them in the Netherlands and in Rotterdam in particular. After the dialogue, there will be ample opportunity to ask questions about setting up and realising a housing cooperative.
